The FIRST CAD Library is a one of a kind library,  that was built entirely by our team member - Ido Sitton.

The library includes over 1800 drafts of useful parts for the ® FRC teams.

Within the models, you can find the drafts for many products (such as engines, bearings, cog-wheels etc.) from the stores AndyMark ,VEX ,REV ,WCP ,Clippard and Armabot.

The library's goal is to save time in searching the drafts online and importing them to SOLIDWORKS over and over again. Our library contains an organized and easy to use source, in order to produce a fast and efficient work (Ido even characterized the types of the different materials from which every product is made of, so you can achieve an organized weight estimation).

Moreover, to make the modeling easier, the library can save the use of certain actions (for example- MATE), because there is a possibility to mach parts for potential connection places on them.

The library is updated with the parts to the date 1/1/2019. please notice any updates.
